At Secretlab, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ergonomic setup. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 49 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Support Center and submit a return request form with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Wait for Authorization

  Our customer support team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack the Product

  Carefully disassemble your chair or desk and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, then wait for our warehouse to verify the return and issue your refund.
